The activity in the primary market will continue with four initial public offerings (IPOs) that will be available for subscription and 10 companies that will be listed in the stock exchanges. While the number of new public issues is lower than last week, investors will track fresh offerings from the mainboard and SME segments alongside multiple market debuts.
Two Mainboard IPOs To Open
The first mainboard issue scheduled this week is Kusumgar, whose ₹650 crore IPO opens for subscription on July 8. The offer, priced between ₹398 and ₹419 per share, is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by existing promoters. As a result, the company will not receive any proceeds from the issue.
Laser Power & Infra will launch its ₹742 crore IPO on July 9, with bidding closing on July 13. The public issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹542 crore and an OFS worth ₹200 crore. The company has fixed the price band at ₹203-214 per share, valuing the business at ₹3,003.8 crore. According to its offer documents, ₹490 crore from the fresh issue will be used to repay borrowings, while the remaining amount has been earmarked for general corporate purposes.
SME Segment To See Two Fresh Issues
The SME platform will witness two IPO launches on July 9. Happy Steels plans to raise about ₹25 crore through its public issue at a price band of ₹62-66 per share. The company intends to utilise the proceeds for expanding its manufacturing facility, purchasing additional machinery, repaying debt and meeting general corporate requirements.
Devson Catalyst will raise ₹42.3 crore through an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 33.38 lakh shares and an OFS of 2.5 lakh shares by promoters. The price band has been fixed at ₹112-118 per share.
Meanwhile, IC Electricals Company IPO, which opened on July 3, will remain available for subscription until July 7. The ₹48 crore issue had received subscriptions of 6.57 times on the first day of bidding.
Ten Companies Ready For Listing
Investors will also track 10 upcoming listings this week. On the mainboard, Aastha Spintex is scheduled to list on July 6, while Knack Packaging will debut on July 8. Aastha Spintex’s IPO was subscribed 4.64 times, whereas Knack Packaging attracted bids worth 83.33 times the shares on offer.
The SME segment will account for eight listings. Adon Agro Commodities will begin trading on July 6. Teja Engineering Industries, Atharva Polyplast, Seemax Resources, Sampark India Logistics, Vinit Mobile and Kratikal Tech are slated to list on July 7. IC Electricals Company is expected to complete the week’s listing activity on July 10.
Primary Market Remains Active
Although the number of fresh IPO launches has moderated compared with the previous week, the calendar remains busy with a combination of new subscriptions and multiple listings. Investors will closely monitor subscription trends and listing performance as companies continue accessing the capital markets across both the mainboard and SME platforms.
