Several listed companies, including NTPC, SBI Life Insurance Company, Shriram Finance, Tata Consumer Products, SBI Cards and Payment Services, ACC, Bank of Baroda, REC and Steel Authority of India, will announce their financial results for the quarter ended June 2026 on July 24. The earnings will be closely tracked as investors assess sector-wise business performance during the first quarter of FY27.

More Companies Scheduled To Report Results
Apart from the large-cap names, AU Small Finance Bank, Birla Corporation, Dodla Dairy, Five-Star Business Finance, IDFC First Bank, SBFC Finance, Seshasayee Paper and Boards, and ZEN Technologies are also scheduled to release their June quarter earnings later in the day.
Infosys Reports Higher Profit And Revenue
According to the company’s regulatory filing, Infosys reported a consolidated net profit of ₹7,769 crore for the first quarter, up 12.2% from ₹6,921 crore a year earlier. Revenue increased 14% year-on-year to ₹48,211 crore, while EBIT rose 15.4% to ₹10,163 crore. EBIT margin improved to 21.1% from 20.8%.
Dollar revenue stood at $5.08 billion, up 2.8% year-on-year, while the company reported a large-deal total contract value of $3.6 billion, with 67% classified as net new. The board also appointed Ashiss Kumar Dash as Chief Executive Officer Designate until March 2027. He will assume the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director from April 1, 2027.
InterGlobe Aviation, Meesho And Cyient Announce Q1 Numbers
InterGlobe Aviation posted a consolidated net loss of ₹238 crore for the June quarter compared with a profit of ₹2,176.3 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue rose 19.9% to ₹24,584.1 crore, while aircraft fuel expenses increased 85.7% to ₹10,832.9 crore. The results are expected to keep InterGlobe Aviation share price in focus.
Meesho reported a narrower consolidated loss of ₹132.8 crore against ₹289.3 crore a year earlier. Revenue climbed 48.3% to ₹3,712.8 crore.
Cyient posted a 32.3% decline in consolidated profit to ₹104.1 crore despite revenue increasing 21.3% to ₹2,075.7 crore. Other income fell sharply to ₹6.9 crore from ₹69.7 crore.
Other Earnings Highlights
Sona BLW Precision Forgings reported a 46.7% rise in consolidated profit to ₹178.5 crore, supported by a 52.4% increase in revenue to ₹1,301.2 crore. Sona BLW Precision Forgings share price may remain under watch following the earnings release.
Suryoday Small Finance Bank more than doubled its net profit to ₹75.2 crore, while NIIT Learning Systems reported a 16% increase in profit to ₹57.4 crore. Orient Cement, however, posted a 62.4% decline in profit to ₹77 crore as revenue fell 30.3% year-on-year.
With several heavyweight companies yet to report their quarterly performance, the day’s earnings announcements are expected to provide fresh insights into business trends across banking, infrastructure, manufacturing, consumer goods and financial services sectors.
