The following companies have declared their June quarter result on July 28, which includes Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Tata Capital, Paradeep Phosphates, Birlasoft, Phoenix Mills and DCM Shriram. These results have been declared considering the mixed performance of these firms belonging to the construction, financial, manufacturing and consumer goods industries.

Larsen & Toubro Reports Higher Profit, Revenue

Larsen & Toubro reported a consolidated net profit of ₹4,123 crore for the June quarter, up 14% from ₹3,617 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 7% year-on-year to ₹67,942 crore from ₹63,679 crore.

EBITDA declined 3% to ₹6,116 crore from ₹6,318 crore, while the EBITDA margin narrowed to 9% from 9.9%, a contraction of 90 basis points. The company also reported group order inflows of ₹1.08 lakh crore, marking a 14% increase from ₹94,453 crore a year earlier. Its consolidated order book stood at ₹7.79 lakh crore, up 5% from March 2026.

Tata Capital, Phoenix Mills Register Strong Growth

Tata Capital posted a 56% rise in consolidated profit to ₹1,547 crore compared with ₹990 crore in the year-ago quarter. Total income increased 23% to ₹4,455 crore from ₹3,626 crore, while assets under management expanded 22% to ₹2.90 lakh crore from ₹2.37 lakh crore.

Phoenix Mills reported a consolidated net profit of ₹296.9 crore, up 23.3% from ₹240.7 crore. Revenue rose 12.8% year-on-year to ₹1,074.9 crore against ₹953 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Paradeep Phosphates, Birlasoft and DCM Shriram Announce Results

Paradeep Phosphates reported a 23.9% increase in consolidated profit to ₹392.5 crore, while revenue climbed 36% to ₹6,124.3 crore. The board also approved an investment of about ₹250 crore to establish an Aluminium Fluoride (AlF3) plant at Paradeep.

Birlasoft recorded a 51.3% jump in consolidated profit to ₹161 crore. Revenue increased 7.4% to ₹1,379.4 crore from ₹1,284.9 crore.

DCM Shriram posted a profit of ₹692.8 crore, compared with ₹113.4 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue rose 9.5% to ₹3,784.7 crore. The company reported exceptional gains of ₹79.42 crore and a tax write-back of ₹418.02 crore during the quarter.

Mixed Performance Across Other Companies

VST Industries reported a weaker quarter, with profit falling 24.4% to ₹42.4 crore from ₹56.1 crore. Revenue declined 13.9% to ₹256.5 crore from ₹297.9 crore.

RPG Life Sciences reported a 17% increase in consolidated profit to ₹30.8 crore, while revenue grew 15.8% to ₹195.7 crore.

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India, reporting its second-quarter numbers, posted a 13.3% rise in profit to ₹68.8 crore. Revenue increased 6.7% year-on-year to ₹235.7 crore from ₹220.9 crore.

The latest earnings announcements highlight differing business trends across sectors, with infrastructure, financial services and specialty chemicals reporting healthy growth, while select consumer-facing businesses continued to face pressure during the quarter.
