Several prominent companies are due to announce their Q1 FY27 financial results on Wednesday, August 12, keeping their shares in focus as investors assess revenue growth, profitability and operating performance for the June quarter.
The list includes Tata Motors, Apollo Hospitals, Hindustan Aeronautics, Grasim Industries, IRCTC, Petronet LNG, Sun TV Network, Titagarh Rail Systems, VA Tech Wabag, GMR Airports and Abbott India, among others.

The earnings calendar also includes Astral, Arvind, AIA Engineering, Caplin Point Laboratories, DCX Systems, EID Parry India, EMS, Eureka Forbes, Gujarat Fluorochemicals, General Insurance Corporation of India, Gujarat Pipavav Port, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals, H.G. Infra Engineering, Hindustan Oil Exploration Company, Hindware Home Innovation, Hi-Tech Pipes, India Glycols, IRCON International, Jyothy Labs, Kirloskar Industries, Marksans Pharma, MTNL, National Fertilizers, Petronet LNG, Religare Enterprises, Sansera Engineering, SKF India, Somany Ceramics, Sudarshan Chemical Industries, Tasty Bite Eatables, VIP Industries, West Coast Paper Mills and Yatra Online.
Companies such as 63 Moons Technologies, Bliss GVS Pharma, Fiem Industries, Globe Civil Projects, Indo Count Industries, Indian Hume Pipe Company, Indiqube Spaces, Jagran Prakashan, La Opala RG, Man Infraconstruction, MIDHANI, Motisons Jewellers, Scoda Tubes, Shalby, Shringar House of Mangalsutra and Shriram Properties are also scheduled to release their numbers.

Results Released After Market Hours
Several companies have already reported their Q1 numbers after Tuesday’s market close.
Manappuram Finance reported a 28.2% year-on-year increase in net interest income to ₹1,725 crore, while assets under management rose 57% to ₹69,635 crore. Net profit increased to ₹585 crore from ₹138 crore.
TD Power Systems reported a 72% rise in revenue to ₹640 crore. EBITDA climbed 74.9% to ₹121.4 crore, while net profit increased 72% to ₹86 crore.
RHI Magnesita India recorded 5.6% revenue growth to ₹1,014 crore. EBITDA rose 34.9% to ₹137.5 crore and net profit increased 83% to ₹64.6 crore.
Mixed Performance Across Sectors
S.P. Apparels posted revenue of ₹401.1 crore, broadly unchanged year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 16.1% to ₹61.4 crore and net profit increased 20.3% to ₹24.9 crore. The company also approved a ₹3 final dividend and a 1:5 stock split.
Bata India reported 3.9% revenue growth to ₹979 crore, with net profit rising 23.1% to ₹64 crore. It declared an interim dividend of ₹25 per share.
PI Industries, however, saw revenue fall 10.4% to ₹1,702 crore, while net profit declined 39% to ₹244 crore.
Sunflag Iron & Steel reported revenue growth of 6.5% to ₹1,079 crore and net profit growth of 5.6% to ₹66.1 crore.
Strong Growth In Select Counters
Man Industries reported a 41.9% rise in revenue to ₹1,053 crore, while EBITDA jumped 89.2% to ₹143 crore and net profit reached ₹61.4 crore.
Senco Gold revenue increased 67.4% to ₹3,056 crore, although net profit fell 3.4% to ₹101 crore. Polyplex Corporation returned to profitability with net profit of ₹91 crore against a loss of ₹19.3 crore a year earlier
The results due through August 12 will provide further updates on Q1 FY27 performance, with investors tracking individual earnings, margins and management developments across the companies reporting during the day.
