More than 45 companies, including Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), Ambuja Cements, Tata Technologies, Jindal Stainless and Godrej Properties, are scheduled to announce their financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, on May 4.

Other companies set to declare Q4FY26 earnings include Petronet LNG, Tata Chemicals, Exide Industries, Aarti Industries, Manappuram Finance, Wockhardt and Computer Age Management Services.

Adani Ports Reports 10.4% Rise In Q4 Profit

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone reported a 10.44% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹3,329 crore for the March quarter.

The company’s revenue from operations rose 26.5% to ₹10,737.6 crore during the quarter. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 20% year-on-year to ₹6,020 crore, while EBITDA margin stood at 56%.

Revenue from domestic ports grew 26% to ₹10,738 crore, while revenue from international ports increased 58% to ₹1,422 crore. The logistics business reported 10% growth in revenue to ₹1,133 crore, while the marine segment revenue rose 101% to ₹726 crore.

ACC Profit Falls 68% In March Quarter

ACC reported a 68.27% decline in consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the company at ₹238.25 crore for Q4FY26.

The company’s total expenses increased 22.71% year-on-year to ₹6,826.24 crore during the quarter. Cost of materials consumed rose 21.53%, while changes in inventories of finished goods and work-in-progress increased 88.58%.

Operating EBITDA declined 24.45% year-on-year to ₹627 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 8.8% compared with 13.6% in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company stated that higher fuel costs, diesel prices, packaging bag supply constraints and rupee depreciation affected quarterly performance.

Markets Eye Earnings And Election Results

Investors are also tracking assembly election results in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Kerala and Puducherry on May 4.

GIFT Nifty traded at 24,236.50 in early trade, up 138 points from the previous close, indicating a positive opening for Indian equity benchmarks.

Asian markets traded higher in early sessions. South Korea’s Kospi index gained 3.45%, while Hong Kong’s Hang Seng advanced 1.89%.

Key companies scheduled to announce Q4FY26 earnings on May 4 include Bharat Heavy Electricals, Ambuja Cements, Aditya Birla Capital, Jindal Stainless, Godrej Properties, KEI Industries, Petronet LNG, Ather Energy, Exide Industries, Tata Technologies, Tata Chemicals, Sobha, CSB Bank and Quess Corp.

Other firms announcing results include Jaiprakash Power Ventures, IIFL Capital Services, NACL Industries, Oriental Hotels, Shiva Cement, De Nora India, SNL Bearings, Southern Magnesium and Chemicals, Accord Synergy and Vivanza Biosciences.

The March quarter earnings season continues to remain active, with companies across sectors reporting their financial performance and operational updates for FY26.
