More than 100 companies will be announcing their January-March quarterly results on May 7, and companies from the FMCG, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy industries are all set to announce their Q4FY26 earnings.

The prominent companies that will be declaring their results are BSE Ltd, Britannia Industries, Dabur India, Biocon, Bharat Forge, Lupin, Mahanagar Gas, Indraprastha Gas, Thermax, and Bajaj Holdings & Investment.

Investors will keenly observe income growth, margins, net profit, dividends declared, and management comments for FY27.

Key Companies Announcing Q4FY26 Results

Companies scheduled to declare earnings on May 7 include Bharat Forge Ltd, BSE Ltd, ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd, Biocon Ltd, Ceigall India Ltd, Dabur India Ltd, Escorts Kubota Ltd, Lupin Ltd, Pidilite Industries Ltd, Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd, Thermax Ltd, V-Mart Retail Ltd, Wonderla Holidays Ltd, MRF Ltd, Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Ltd, Mahanagar Gas Ltd and Indraprastha Gas Ltd. Several companies are also expected to announce dividends along with quarterly results.

BSE Reports Sharp Growth In Profit

BSE reported strong growth in its December quarter earnings earlier this financial year. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹1,244 crore in Q3FY26 from ₹768 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s total operating expenses increased to ₹511 crore from ₹363 crore. Net profit climbed to ₹596 crore compared to ₹218 crore a year earlier. BSE shares have remained in focus ahead of the March quarter results announcement.

Dabur Records Rise In Revenue And Profit

Dabur India reported a 6% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue for Q3FY26 at ₹3,559 crore, compared to ₹3,355 crore in the same period last year.

Net profit before exceptional items rose 10.1% to ₹575 crore from ₹522 crore. Operating profit increased 7.7% to ₹734 crore during the quarter.

Market participants will track rural demand trends, input costs, and margin performance in the company’s Q4 earnings.

Biocon Posts Strong Profit Growth

Biocon reported a sharp increase in profitability during Q3FY26. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 9% to ₹4,173 crore from ₹3,821 crore in the year-ago period.

EBITDA increased 21% to ₹951 crore compared to ₹787 crore last year, while EBITDA margins expanded to 22% from 20%.

Net profit surged to ₹144 crore from ₹25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Markets Ended Higher Ahead Of Earnings

Indian equity benchmarks ended higher on Wednesday ahead of the earnings announcements. The Sensex rose 940.73 points, or 1.22%, to close at 77,958.52, while the Nifty 50 gained 298.15 points, or 1.24%, to settle at 24,330.95.

Earnings announcements from major listed companies are expected to remain a key trigger for stock-specific movement during Thursday’s trading session.
