Dalal Street will witness its most crowded SME listing day of calendar year 2026 on July 7, when seven companies will be listing themselves after conducting their IPOs. Collectively, the companies raised ₹185.14 crore from investors, reflecting continued fundraising activity in the SME segment despite a slower start to the financial year.
The companies scheduled to list are Kratikal Tech, Vinit Mobile, Sampark India Logistics, Seemax Resources, Atharva Polyplast and Teja Engineering Industries. Vinit Mobile and Teja Engineering Industries will debut on NSE Emerge, while Kratikal Tech, Sampark India Logistics, Seemax Resources and Atharva Polyplast will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
Record Number Of SME Listings In A Single Day
The July 7 listings will set a new record for the highest number of SME IPOs debuting on a single trading day in CY2026. The previous peak came on June 24, when four SME companies—Clay Craft India, Diksha Polymers, Liotech Industries and Leapfrog Engineering Services—listed after raising a combined ₹252.55 crore.
According to Prime Database Group Managing Director Pranav Haldea, the six-company listing reflects a healthy pipeline of businesses preparing to access the capital market. He noted that SME IPO activity has moderated compared with the previous two calendar years, when 234 and 254 companies entered the market, largely because of volatile market conditions during the opening months of the current financial year.
Grey Market Signals Remain Mixed
Ahead of listing, unofficial market trends indicate varying expectations across the six IPOs. Kratikal Tech was quoted at a grey market premium (GMP) of 51.85% over its IPO issue price, suggesting the strongest listing expectations among the group. Atharva Polyplast was trading at an 11.67% premium, while Teja Engineering Industries carried a GMP of 8.18%.
Vinit Mobile, Sampark India Logistics and Seemax Resources, on the other hand, were quoted at no premium in the grey market, reflecting relatively subdued expectations ahead of their market debut.
Although grey market activity often attracts investor attention before listings, it remains an unofficial and unregulated market, and GMP levels do not guarantee actual listing performance.
SME Primary Market Continues To Expand
According to data compiled by Chittorgarh.com, 87 SME companies have collectively raised ₹3,982.49 crore through IPOs so far in CY2026. During the same period, 28 mainboard IPOs mobilised ₹23,011.61 crore.
Before the July 7 listings, CY2026 had already witnessed five occasions when three SME companies listed on the same day. The most recent instance was on July 1, when Jivial Industries, Shreedhar Spinners and Riyaasat Lifestyle debuted on the exchanges.
The future listings highlight the consistent flow of SME issuers coming into the market. Whereas fundraising has been robust, the results of listing have been variable for different businesses, making it imperative to look at the fundamentals of businesses in addition to listing performance.
