Ola Electric’s qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue closed with the allotment of 21.8 crore shares at ₹35.86 apiece. The issue price represents a 5% discount to the floor price of ₹37.74. The company raised a total of ₹780 crore through the exercise.
Aurobindo Pharma Receives U.S. FDA Approval
Aurobindo Pharma secured final approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Tofacitinib tablets used in the treatment of arthritis. The approval allows the company to manufacture and market the product in the U.S. market.
