On January 28th, Shadowfax Technologies is set to be listed on the main board, while a number of companies, such as Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd., Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd., Hindustan Zinc Ltd., and Marico Ltd., are attracting investor interest. Investments will stem from earnings from Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd. and many others.

Gopal Snacks reported an increase of 191.2% in its profit to ₹15.5 crore. Mahindra Logistics Ltd reported a swing from a loss to a profit of ₹3.25 crore.
PC Jeweller reported profit growth of 28.5% to ₹190.1 crore. Metro Brands reported profit growth of 35.7% to ₹128.4 crore.
Sunteck Realty reported profit growth of 36.9% to ₹58.2 crore.

Rail Vikas Nigam emerged as the most competitive bidder at ₹242.5 crore for South Central Railway's OHE Upgradation project.
Vedanta has approved the divestment of up to 6.7 crore shares of Hindustan Zinc via the Offer for Sale (OFS) process, with the floor price of ₹685, from January 28-29.
Titagarh Rail has collaborated with ABB to manufacture Metrorail propulsion systems under the Make In India initiative through technological technology transfer.
Infosys has entered into a strategic partnership with Cursor to establish an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (CoE) for enterprise-level software agents.
