More than 75 companies are scheduled to announce their Q4FY26 earnings on May 8. Key companies include State Bank of India, Titan Company, Tata Consumer Products, Swiggy, Hyundai Motor India, Bank of Baroda, ABB India, MCX, JSW Infrastructure, Kalyan Jewellers and Oberoi Realty. MRF
MRF reported a 38% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹702 crore for the March quarter. Revenue increased 14% to ₹8,044 crore, while EBITDA rose 21.5% to ₹1,305 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 16.2% from 15.2% a year earlier.
BSE
BSE posted a 61% rise in net profit at ₹797 crore compared to the previous year period. Revenue climbed 85% to ₹1,563 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹1,061 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 68% from 57%.
Dabur India
Dabur India reported a net profit of ₹368.6 crore for the quarter ended March, up 15.2% year-on-year. Revenue rose 7.3% to ₹3,038 crore, while EBITDA increased 8% to ₹462 crore.
Thermax
Thermax posted a net profit of ₹244 crore, up 18.7% from the previous year. Revenue increased 12.5% to ₹3,428 crore, while EBITDA rose 53.8%.
Sonata Software
Sonata Software reported a 25.1% rise in net profit to ₹131 crore. Revenue increased 3.9% to ₹3,613 crore during the quarter.

Bandhan Mutual Fund purchased 3.80 lakh shares of Updater Services at ₹162.71 per share. Turnaround Opportunities Fund bought 1.50 lakh shares of Shankara Buildpro at ₹1,135 per share.
In Raymond Realty, Elixir Wealth Management acquired 7.62 lakh shares at ₹632.78 per share, while Subhashchandra Laxmichand Gandhi sold 4.19 lakh shares.
