Bank Of Maharashtra Plans ₹7,500 Crore Fund Raise
Bank of Maharashtra said its board will consider raising up to ₹7,500 crore through various equity capital instruments. The proposed fundraising is aimed at supporting the bank’s future capital requirements, subject to necessary approvals.
NTPC Green Energy Subsidiary Wins Wind Project

Max Healthcare Institute acquired 100% voting rights and a 50.22% economic interest in Yerawada Properties Pvt Ltd, making it a subsidiary. The acquisition forms part of the company’s plan to establish a 450-bed super-speciality hospital in Pune.
