As per broker details reviewed by Moneycontrol, the proposed transaction has a floor price of ₹197 per share.
Coforge Launches Enterprise AI Platform
Coforge announced the launch of Coforge Nuuron, an artificial intelligence operating system aimed at helping enterprises scale AI deployment across business functions. According to the company, the platform is designed to move organisations beyond standalone AI projects and enable wider adoption of AI-driven processes. Dhabriya Polywood Sees Major Stake Transactions
Dhabriya Polywood witnessed significant activity through bulk deals on the BSE. Investor Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia sold 5,76,000 shares worth ₹22.29 crore at an average price of ₹387.04 per share, nearly exiting his holding. Separately, Surya Vanshi Commotrade sold 1 lakh shares valued at ₹3.87 crore at ₹387.06 per share.
On the buying side, Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund, managed by Abakkus Asset Manager, acquired 6,01,341 shares, equivalent to a 5.55% stake, for ₹23.32 crore at ₹387.80 per share. According to the company’s June 2026 shareholding pattern, Kacholia previously held a 5.32% stake comprising 5,76,347 shares. The transactions are likely to keep Dhabriya Polywood share price under watch.
Other Bulk Deal Highlights
In Gandhar Oil Refinery India, Societe Generale purchased 6.84 lakh shares, representing a 0.7% stake, through a bulk deal worth ₹19.22 crore at ₹280.93 per share.
Oswal Pumps also featured in bulk deal activity after ValueQuest India Investment Trust-owned VQ FasterCap Fund sold 5.98 lakh shares, or a 0.52% stake, for ₹20.54 crore at ₹343.61 per share.

Caliber Mining & Logistics is scheduled to make its mainboard market debut on July 24.
A large number of companies, including Bharti Airtel, Hero MotoCorp, Divi’s Laboratories, Abbott India, Info Edge (India), Fortis Healthcare, Zydus Lifesciences, Radico Khaitan and Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, will trade ex-dividend.
India Radiators will trade ex-date for amalgamation, while Jupiter Life Line Hospitals will trade ex-date for a stock split. Kalind will trade ex-date for both a stock split and bonus issue, and Capital Infra Trust will trade ex-date for income distribution.
