Amber Enterprises, HDFC Bank Among Key Stocks

Amber Enterprises India will be in focus after the company entered into a manufacturing partnership with Oppo Mobiles India. Under the arrangement, Amber Group will manufacture handsets for the Oppo, OnePlus and Realme brands in India.

HDFC Bank said the Reserve Bank of India has approved the extension of Keki Mistry’s tenure as Interim Part-time Chairman for three months until September 18, 2026, or until a regular chairman is appointed. The bank’s board has also fixed August 5 for its 32nd annual general meeting through video conferencing.

ImagicaaWorld Entertainment has temporarily shut its water park in Khopoli from June 19 after Maharashtra’s Irrigation Department directed the company to stop drawing water from nearby dams amid low water levels and the prevailing El Niño conditions.

Diamond Power Infrastructure board approved raising up to ₹2,000 crore through a qualified institutions placement. The company said it also intends to comply with minimum public shareholding norms at the earliest.

Technology And Defence Developments

Wipro said it will acquire an additional 20% stake in Aggne Global IT Services, with the transaction expected to close by June 30, 2026. The company also announced the completion of a multi-year data centre migration programme for international food wholesaler METRO.

HCL Technologies launched its AI Innovation Zone in Chennai to support deployment of Intel-based AI products and HCLTech solutions.

Bharat Forge defence arm, Kalyani Strategic Systems, signed a strategic partnership with AM General at the Eurosatory defence exhibition. The collaboration aims to promote mobile artillery platforms for allied nations. AM General has also submitted a proposal under the U.S. Army’s Mobile Tactical Cannon programme.

TruAlt Bioenergy received approval for financial assistance of ₹150 crore under the PM JI-VAN Yojana for its sustainable aviation fuel project.

Block Deals And Corporate Actions

Promoter Aruna Ganesh sold a 3.04% stake in Anthem Biosciences through block deals worth ₹1,274.7 crore. Several domestic and overseas institutions participated as buyers.

In Shaily Engineering Plastics, promoter Vanita L. Nagda sold a 1.4% stake valued at ₹170.3 crore. Horizon Reclaim (India) will make its SME market debut on June 19.

HDFC Bank, HDFC Life Insurance, AWL Agri Business, IndiaMART InterMESH, Polycab India, Tata Communications and Torrent Power are among stocks trading ex-dividend. Deepak Builders and Engineers India will trade ex-split, while String Metaverse turns ex-bonus. Kaynes Technology India remains under the F&O ban list for the session.
