Some firms had announced their Q4 FY26 results with different levels of success in their industries. SBI Life Insurance reported a 1.1% year-on-year decline in profit to ₹804.6 crore, while net premium income rose 16% to ₹27,683.8 crore, according to company filings. Renewal premium increased 13.85% to ₹16,714 crore, and net commission grew 10.6% to ₹859.1 crore.

Trent posted strong growth, with profit rising 32.6% to ₹413.1 crore and revenue increasing 19.2% to ₹5,028 crore. The company also approved a 1:2 bonus share issue and a rights issue worth up to ₹2,500 crore.

L&T Technology Services reported a 6.8% increase in profit to ₹332.1 crore and an 8.3% rise in revenue to ₹2,857.9 crore. EBIT jumped 23.6% to ₹434.9 crore, with margins expanding to 15.2% from 13.3%.

Oracle Financial Services Software posted a 30.7% rise in profit to ₹841.7 crore, while revenue grew 20.3% to ₹2,065.2 crore.

In contrast, Tata Communications reported a 74.7% decline in profit to ₹263.3 crore despite a 9.4% increase in revenue to ₹6,554.2 crore, impacted by lower exceptional gains. Delta Corp’s profit fell 90% to ₹16.45 crore, with revenue declining 11.7% to ₹161.3 crore.

Subscriber Data And Corporate Developments

Telecom subscriber additions for March showed continued growth. Reliance Jio added 32.27 lakh users, while Bharti Airtel added 50.94 lakh users. Vodafone Idea added 1.02 lakh subscribers, according to telecom data.

Infosys announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to enhance enterprise software development using AI models, as per company disclosures.

The joint venture between Jio Financial Services and Allianz Group in a ratio of 50:50 to enter the segment of general and health insurance was signed.

Orders worth ₹569 crore were secured by Bharat Electronics, which includes defense and communications products, signifying early business for FY27.

Unimech Aerospace gave approval for making investments worth ₹450 crore to purchase the stake in Hobel Bellows.

In bulk deals, Quant Mutual Fund purchased 20 lakh shares of BlackBuck worth ₹124 crore at ₹620 per share. Tata Mutual Fund acquired 33 lakh shares of Mufin Green Finance for ₹37.36 crore.

Futurisitic Trade DMCC and Incofin India Progress Fund sold stakes in Mufin Green Finance, according to exchange data.

CRISIL, Huhtamaki India, and Schaeffler India stocks are available in the ex-dividend state, whereas SAIL stocks continue to fall under the F&O ban.
