Several companies are scheduled to announce their December quarter results on Wednesday. Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra, LG Electronics India, Lenskart Solutions, Ashok Leyland, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Max Financial Services, and Patanjali Foods are expected to remain active, according to exchange disclosures.
Titan Company reported a 48.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at ₹1,470 crore for the December quarter, compared with ₹990 crore in the same period last year, as per its regulatory filing.

Grasim Industries posted a net profit of ₹1,037 crore for the third quarter ended December, up 26.5% from ₹820 crore a year earlier, the company said on February 10.

Earnings And Business Updates

Jubilant FoodWorks reported a 13.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to ₹2,437 crore for the December quarter, while EBITDA rose 20.2% to ₹482.8 crore, according to its earnings statement.
Eicher Motors recorded a 23% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue at ₹6,114 crore in the December quarter, driven by higher volumes, as per its filing with stock exchanges.

Britannia Industries reported a net profit of ₹682.1 crore for the December quarter, up 17% from ₹582.3 crore in the corresponding period last year, largely in line with market estimates, according to company data.

Government Stake Sale And Contract Wins

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) is in focus after the central government said it is preparing to divest a 3% stake in the company, with an option to sell an additional 2% through an offer for sale, as per official disclosures.
Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle business drew attention after its Indonesian arm secured its largest-ever order for 70,000 Yodha and Ultra T.7 vehicles, to be deployed across Indonesia, according to a company statement.

Management And Order Announcements

Shoppers Stop announced the appointment of Pankaj Chaturvedi as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 1. The company said the resignation of current CFO Karunakaran Mohanasundaram will take effect on February 17.

Highway Infrastructure informed exchanges that it has signed a contract for operations and toll collection at the Mundka Fee Plaza, with a total contract value of ₹64.68 crore.
