Piramal Pharma, Aditya Birla Real Estate In Focus
An existing shareholder is likely to sell a 6% stake in Piramal Pharma through block deals for around ₹1,750 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.
Aditya Birla Real Estate’s subsidiary Birla Estates has entered the Navi Mumbai market through the redevelopment of Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi. The project is being undertaken with an affiliate of Priyanka Group and has an estimated revenue potential of around ₹2,600 crore.
UltraTech Cement Block Deal
Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation, a promoter entity of UltraTech Cement, sold 25 lakh shares, or 0.84% of the company’s paid-up equity, for ₹2,896.25 crore. The shares changed hands at ₹11,585 apiece.
A group of 17 domestic and global investors bought the entire stake sold by the promoter. The buyers included HDFC AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Axis Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, DSP Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Eastspring Investments, J.P. Morgan Fund ICVC, Tata Mutual Fund, Templeton Funds and WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund.
Urban Company Sees Multiple Stake Transactions
SBI Mutual Fund purchased 3.15 crore Urban Company shares, equivalent to 2.04% of the paid-up equity, for ₹428.4 crore. The fund house already held a 6.59% stake as of June 2026.
Investment vehicles VYC11 and VY EM2 sold 96.31 lakh and 18.68 lakh shares, respectively, while Accel India IV (Mauritius) sold 2 crore shares for ₹272 crore. Bessemer India Capital Holdings II separately sold 1.21 crore shares for ₹170.19 crore.
Thyrocare, RPP Infra Among Other Stocks
Docon Technologies sold 1.31 crore Thyrocare Technologies shares, representing 8.9% of the paid-up equity, for ₹821.7 crore at ₹624 per share. It also sold another 10 lakh shares for ₹63.17 crore on the NSE. Docon held 60.92% in Thyrocare as of June 2026.
In RPP Infra Projects, Diva Projects acquired 8.48 lakh shares for ₹4.99 crore, taking its cumulative purchase over three sessions to a 5.1% stake. Promoter Yagavi N A sold 11.66 lakh shares for ₹6.88 crore.
Renaissance Global, Seamec and other companies also saw notable transactions. Vijay Mohan Karnani bought a 1.09% stake in Renaissance Global for ₹12.98 crore, while 360 ONE Pipe Fund acquired a 0.79% stake in Seamec for ₹30.69 crore.
Listings, Ex-Dividend Stocks And F&O Ban
LEAP India, Technocraft Ventures is scheduled for a mainboard listing, while Optimystix Entertainment India is set for an SME listing.
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Indian Oil Corporation, Federal Bank, Hindustan Aeronautics, Astral, NCC, REC, RBL Bank, Sonata Software and several other stocks will trade ex-dividend on August 14.
Bagmane Prime Office REIT and Interise Trust will trade ex-date for income distribution.
Bandhan Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Manappuram Finance and SAIL are in the F&O ban list. Investors will also track the Piramal Pharma share price, UltraTech Cement share price and Urban Company share price following the reported transactions.
