Vedanta Group Companies In Focus

Vedanta Iron and Steel is scheduled to list on stock exchanges on June 15 as part of the Vedanta Group’s restructuring process. The listing comes as investors continue to track developments related to the group’s demerger plan and the creation of separate business entities.

Tata Capital Raises ₹2,030 Crore

Tata Capital has allotted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹2,030 crore through a private placement. The fundraising exercise is aimed at supporting the non-banking financial company’s funding requirements and business operations.

Dabur Clarifies Impact Of US FDA Alert

Dabur India said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued Import Alert 66-40 concerning a section of its manufacturing facility at Silvassa.

The company stated that the alert relates only to a limited portion of the plant and contributes an insignificant share of overall revenue. Dabur added that its domestic business remains unaffected and that it is working with the regulator on corrective and preventive measures.

Cyient Sets Record Date For Buyback

Cyient has fixed June 17, 2026, as the record date for its proposed share buyback programme worth ₹720 crore. Eligible shareholders holding shares as of the record date will be entitled to participate in the buyback offer.

Federal Bank Launches New FCNR Deposit Product

Federal Bank introduced a new foreign currency non-resident deposit variant named ‘FCNR Max’ for its NRI customer base. The product is designed to expand the bank’s deposit offerings for overseas Indians.

Other Key Corporate Updates

Ratnaveer Precision Industries announced plans to raise ₹330 crore through a rights issue of equity shares.

ITI Ltd. received approvals from both the BSE and NSE for the listing of 19.65 lakh preferential shares issued to promoters. The shares were allotted at a premium of ₹290.25 per share.

GNG Electronics disclosed that promoter Vidhi S. Khandelwal sold a 3.9% stake in the company. Following the transaction, her shareholding stands at 74.77%.
