Infosys announced a broader multi-year collaboration with semiconductor manufacturer GlobalFoundries to provide AI-driven managed services across the latter’s enterprise IT operations.
IRFC OFS Opens With ₹91 Floor Price
The Government of India will divest a 2% stake in Indian Railway Finance Corporation through an offer-for-sale on June 24 and 25, with an additional 1% greenshoe option. The floor price for the issue has been fixed at ₹91 per share.
Honasa Consumer Enters Nutraceutical Segment
Honasa Consumer said it will acquire a 58% stake in Fluence Pharma, marking its entry into the nutraceuticals space. The company said the acquisition provides access to a science-based health and wellness portfolio.
Rashi Peripherals To Buy VDA Infosolutions
Rashi Peripherals signed definitive agreements to acquire a 67% stake in VDA Infosolutions for ₹368.5 crore. The remaining 33% stake will be purchased in three equal tranches between 2027 and 2029, with the entire acquisition expected to be completed by August 2029.
City Union Bank Approves QIP Plan
City Union Bank board approved raising up to ₹500 crore through the qualified institutional placement route. The lender also fixed July 31 as the record date for dividend eligibility and scheduled its annual general meeting for August 14.
Fundraising, Buyback Plans
Yes Bank said its board will meet on June 29 to consider raising funds through equity and debt instruments.
SIS informed exchanges that its board will meet on June 29 to consider a proposal for a share buyback.
Imagicaaworld To Resume Water Park Operations
Imagicaaworld Entertainment said operations at its water park in Khopoli, Maharashtra, will resume from June 26. The company estimated revenue loss from the disruption at around ₹50 lakh.
Bulk And Block Deal Activity
Vedanta promoter Twin Star Holdings sold 6.5 crore shares, or 1.66% equity, through block deals worth ₹1,895.96 crore.
Delhivery witnessed the sale of 43.23 lakh shares by Nexus Ventures III for ₹207.97 crore. During the current quarter, Nexus Venture Partners has reduced its holding by 1.97%.
Promoter Srinivasan Ravi sold a 2% stake in Craftsman Automation for ₹485.62 crore. Mutual funds and insurance companies, including HDFC Mutual Fund, Invesco Mutual Fund and Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, were among the buyers.
DP Wires saw Bollywood actor Amitabh Harivansh Rai Bachchan emerge as a net seller of shares worth ₹1.64 crore.
SME Listings And Corporate Actions
Clay Craft India, Diksha Polymers, Liotech Industries and Leapfrog Engineering Services are scheduled to debut on the SME platform.
Shankara Buildpro and Wheels India will trade ex-dividend, while Bajaj Auto will trade ex-date for buyback. Kotyark Industries and ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India will trade ex-bonus. Kaynes Technology India remains under the F&O ban list for the session.
