Meesho, Lenskart Solutions In Focus
Y Combinator is likely to sell up to a 1.05% stake in Meesho through a block deal estimated at ₹957.5 crore. The floor price has been set at ₹197.5 per share, CNBC-TV18 reported.
In Lenskart Solutions, SoftBank Vision Fund II Lightbulb Cayman is likely to sell up to a 2.6% stake through block deals. The transaction is estimated at around $300 million, with the floor price fixed at ₹635 per share.
Bank Of Baroda Raises $400 Million
Bank of Baroda has completed an additional $400 million issuance of senior unsecured Reg-S fixed-rate notes. The notes carry an all-in yield of 5.389% annually, an original coupon of 5.318% and a five-year maturity.
The bonds will be issued through the bank’s IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City and are scheduled to be listed on the Singapore Exchange, India INX GIFT City and NSE IX GIFT City.
Pharma Stocks Report FDA Observations
Caplin Point Laboratories said the U.S. FDA inspected its Caplin Steriles injectable and ophthalmic facility in Gummidipoondi from August 13 to August 21. The company received a Form 483 containing 10 observations, which it described as procedural and not related to data integrity.
Natco Pharma received four observations after an FDA inspection of its finished dosage formulations plant in Visakhapatnam between August 17 and August 21. Choksi Laboratories also received four observations following an inspection of its central laboratory in Indore.
Aurobindo Pharma’s AuroPeptides facility in Sangareddy received one observation after an FDA inspection conducted from August 17 to August 21. The observation related to facility and equipment maintenance.
NTPC Green Energy, Zee Entertainment In Focus
NTPC Renewable Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy, won a 500 MW capacity in an SECI auction for assured peak renewable power supply. The discovered tariff was ₹6 per kWh.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises allotted 20.94 crore convertible warrants to promoter-group entity Sunbright Mauritius at ₹126 each, raising ₹659.76 crore upfront.
The Meesho share price and Lenskart share price may remain in focus as investors track the proposed block transactions and their respective floor prices.
Major Bulk And Block Deals
Accel, Trudy Holdings and AVP I Fund sold a combined 4.84% stake in Amagi Media Labs for ₹587.3 crore at ₹560 per share. The shares were acquired by a group of domestic and overseas investors.
Qualcomm Asia Pacific sold a 1.28% stake in Shadowfax Technologies for ₹183.8 crore, while Tube Investments of India acquired a 2.69% stake in Shanthi Gears for ₹77.49 crore.
Clarus Capital 1 acquired a 1.07% stake in KDDL, while promoter Pranav Shankar Saboo sold a 2% holding. Both transactions took place around ₹3,650 per share.
The Nxt-Infra Trust also saw transactions involving Kotak Mahindra Bank, Larsen & Toubro, Kotak Mahindra Investments and other investors.
Separately, ICICI Bank reduced its holding in Shree Renuka Sugars from 8.96% to 6.79% after selling a 2.17% stake. Craftsman Automation, meanwhile, approved the incorporation of a wholly owned step-down subsidiary in Germany.
