A range of corporate announcements, regulatory approvals, strategic partnerships and large market transactions are expected to keep several stocks in focus on June 25, with investors tracking developments across telecom, financial services, infrastructure, technology and renewable energy sectors.

Embassy Developments Signs Uttar Pradesh MoU

Embassy Developments has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with the Government of Uttar Pradesh for a proposed commercial real estate project in Lucknow. The company said the proposed development could involve an investment of around ₹1,500 crore.

LIC Announces CFO Resignation

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) informed exchanges that Chief Financial Officer Sunil Agrawal has resigned from his position. His resignation will take effect from July 14, 2026.

NLC India Forms Renewable Energy Venture

NLC India Renewables, a subsidiary of NLC India, has signed a joint venture agreement with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA). The partnership aims to develop, operate and maintain green energy projects with a planned capacity of 1,000 MW in Odisha.

Bharti Airtel Receives Rating Upgrade

S&P Global Ratings upgraded Bharti Airtel’s long-term issuer credit rating to BBB+ from BBB. The rating agency also raised the rating on Airtel’s senior unsecured debt to BBB+.

S&P Global Ratings cited rising data consumption across India and Africa and the company’s improving financial profile as factors supporting the upgrade.

Government Expands IRFC OFS Size

The Government of India has exercised the oversubscription option in the ongoing offer-for-sale of Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC).

An additional 11.24 crore equity shares, representing 0.86% of the company’s paid-up equity capital, have been included in the sale. Combined with the base offer of 13.06 crore shares, the total OFS size now stands at 24.3 crore shares, equivalent to a 1.86% stake. The issue closes on June 25.

Jubilant Pharmova Gets Tax Relief

Jubilant Pharmova said its subsidiary Jubilant Generics received a rectification order for Assessment Year 2023-24. The order reduced tax adjustments to ₹42.41 crore from ₹107.89 crore.

The company also received transfer pricing relief, resulting in restoration of tax losses worth ₹65.48 crore.

HCLTech Expands Global Partnerships

HCL Technologies announced a broader partnership with Nokia to support AI-led network automation and develop network automation applications.

Separately, HCLTech has been selected by Nestlé as a strategic partner for a long-term programme focused on AI-driven operational efficiency improvements.

Garware Hi-Tech Films Reappoints Joint MD

Garware Hi-Tech Films approved the reappointment of Monika Garware as Vice Chairperson and Joint Managing Director for another five-year term beginning November 1, 2026.

Sterlite Technologies Launches QIP

Sterlite Technologies opened its qualified institutional placement on June 24. The company fixed the floor price at ₹613.69 per share.

RBI Approves ICICI Bank Proposal

The Reserve Bank of India has approved ICICI Bank’s proposal to acquire up to an additional 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. The approval will allow the bank to maintain its holding above the 50% threshold, subject to regulatory conditions.

Bulk Deals To Track

Delhivery: Alpha Wave Ventures LP sold 1.44 crore shares, representing a 1.93% stake, through block deals worth ₹664.7 crore.

Pine Labs: Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings disposed of 2.39 crore shares or 2.08% stake worth ₹371 crore. Axis Mutual Fund bought 96.15 lakh shares which account for 0.83% stake at ₹148.07 crore.

Shadowfax Technologies: Mirae Asset Late Stage Opportunities Fund disposed of 56.5 lakh shares or 0.97% stake worth ₹119.78 crore.

India Motor Parts & Accessories: Gita Ram, a promoter, bought 71,559 shares, whereas Pari Washington India Master Fund disposed of 1.22 lakh shares.

NDR INVIT Trust: NDR Warehousing and NDR Universal Enterprises acquired 1.46 crore units from Investcorp India Warehousing IFSC Trust for ₹200.36 crore.

Other Key Triggers

Avience Biomedicals is scheduled to make its stock market debut in the SME segment. Several companies, including IndusInd Bank, LIC, Allied Blenders and Distillers, Alkyl Amines Chemicals, Anthem Biosciences, CARE Ratings, Dr Lal PathLabs, Nippon Life India Asset Management, Sona BLW Precision Forgings, Supreme Industries, Syngene International and Uflex, will trade ex-dividend on June 25.
