Maruti Suzuki India
Maruti Suzuki India reported a 6.5% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹3,659 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations rose 28.2% year-on-year to ₹52,462.5 crore. The automaker also announced a final dividend of ₹140 per share for FY26.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers posted a net profit of ₹303 crore for the quarter ended March 31, compared with ₹244 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 24%.
Bandhan Bank
Bandhan Bank reported a 68% increase in net profit to ₹530 crore in the March quarter. The lender’s earnings were supported by lower provisions and improvement in asset quality.
Go Digit General Insurance
Go Digit General Insurance posted gross written premium of ₹2,735.7 crore for the March quarter, up 6.18% from ₹2,576.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd
BHEL said it signed a Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology with Naval Science & Technological Laboratory, Visakhapatnam, a Defence Research and Development Organisation facility, for gas turbine applications in naval systems.

REC reported a 20.6% fall in net profit to ₹3,362.3 crore in the March quarter compared with ₹4,236.2 crore a year earlier. Net interest income declined 16% year-on-year to ₹5,170 crore.
