Phoenix Mills posted a 50% rise in net profit to ₹403 crore, while revenue increased 21.3% to ₹1,233 crore. Websol Energy System reported net profit of ₹125 crore compared to ₹42.3 crore last year, with revenue at ₹401 crore.

Punjab & Sind Bank reported a 34.9% rise in net profit to ₹422 crore, although net interest income declined 13% to ₹974 crore.
IRFC received relief as the BSE waived SEBI LODR-related fines for FY22 to FY26, according to disclosures. Aditya Birla Capital allotted non-convertible debentures worth ₹200 crore on a private placement basis.
