Hexaware Technologies has introduced Zero Vulnerability, a cybersecurity offering designed to help enterprises identify and address vulnerabilities. The company said the product addresses the growing gap between the pace at which AI can identify vulnerabilities and the capacity of security and engineering teams to investigate and resolve them.
Ramco Systems
Ramco Systems’ U.S. subsidiary, Ramco Systems Corporation, said Pem-Air has selected its Ramco Aviation software for engine maintenance, repair and overhaul operations. Pem-Air provides engine MRO services and accessory repairs.
Dr Lal PathLabs
Dr Lal PathLabs’ wholly owned Dubai subsidiary has incorporated Dr Lal PathLabs Indomed LLC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The entity was incorporated on August 19, and the subsidiary has agreed to subscribe to 70% of its share capital.
Autoline Industries
Autoline Industries has secured a new business award from Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles for supplying four components for hatchback applications. The contract is expected to generate annual incremental revenue of about ₹80 crore, while tooling is expected to add one-time revenue of approximately ₹30 crore.
HDFC Life Insurance
IRDAI has approved the reappointment of Vibha Padalkar as HDFC Life’s Managing Director and CEO for another five years from September 12, 2026. It has also approved Niraj Shah’s reappointment as Executive Director and CFO for five years from April 26, 2026.
Hyundai Motor India
Hyundai Motor India plans to raise vehicle prices by up to 1% across its portfolio from September 2026. The company cited higher input and commodity costs, increased operating expenses and continuing geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties.

Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as CEO from August 24. Aditya Infotech’s board approved fundraising of up to ₹1,500 crore through a public issue, QIP or other permitted routes.
United Spirits said FSSAI has revoked its June 29, 2026 order concerning the sale of a product manufactured at its Baramati facility.
BSE has signed an agreement with MSCI covering several indexes and will explore futures and options contracts linked to them, subject to regulatory approvals.
SEBI has barred six preferential allottees of Dhenu Buildcon Infra from disposing of shares after finding prima facie evidence of round-tripping involving purported ₹1,000 crore loans.
Bulk Deals
TPG-backed Centella Mauritius Holdings sold 5.81 crore Aster DM Quality Care shares, or 6.66%, for ₹4,451.45 crore at ₹766.17 apiece. HDFC Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Integrated Core Strategies Asia and Citigroup Global Markets Singapore together bought 2.98 crore shares worth ₹2,287.6 crore.
Goldman Sachs Funds bought 40.24 lakh Shiprocket shares for ₹52.7 crore at ₹131 apiece. 360 ONE Mutual Fund acquired 5.05 lakh Behari Lal Engineering shares for ₹23.74 crore at ₹470.13 each.
SIS bought 5.25 lakh Updater Services shares for ₹11.35 crore at ₹216.37 apiece. Lloyds Enterprises purchased another 29,960 Welspun Investments and Commercials shares for ₹5.38 crore at ₹1,797.12 each.
Belgrave Investment Fund sold 6.98 lakh Waterways Leisure Tourism shares for ₹57.65 crore at ₹825.11 apiece.
The SME listing for the day is Credent Connect N Care. Viceroy Hotels trades ex-date for rights, while Kahan Packaging and Organic Recycling Systems trade ex-date for bonus. Stocks under the F&O ban include Bandhan Bank, Manappuram Finance and SAIL.
