Godrej Consumer, Jubilant FoodWorks Post Business Updates

Godrej Consumer Products expects double-digit revenue growth, with volume growth in single digits, while EBITDA margins are likely to remain stable, according to company updates. Input costs may rise by 6–9% due to higher Brent crude prices.

Jubilant FoodWorks reported consolidated revenue growth of 19.1% to ₹2,506 crore in Q4. Standalone revenue rose 6.2%. The company added 69 stores during the quarter, taking its total store count to 3,663, while like-for-like sales growth stood at 0.2%.

Pharma And Metals Stocks In Focus

Aurobindo Pharma said its subsidiary Curateq Biologics reported positive Phase-3 trial results for its Omalizumab biosimilar (BP11), targeting asthma and allergy-related conditions. Regulatory filings with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency are expected by Q2 2026.

Shyam Metalics and Energy reported mixed Q4 performance. Stainless steel and pig iron segments recorded growth, while sponge iron and specialty alloys declined. There was an increase in the sale of carbon steel of above 10%.

Gallantt Ispat witnessed a 14% growth year-on-year (YoY) in power generation, an increase in the output of pellets by 59%, and production of sponge iron increased by 38%.

Deals, Orders And Expansion Plans

PDS Limited had won a contract from a U.S. based retailer to offer software as a service, resulting in the generation of business worth ₹450 crore.

Titagarh Rail Systems had been given approval to execute a brownfield expansion plan at a cost of ₹610 crore, backed by funding from the government worth ₹129 crore.

Deep Industries bagged an order from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation worth ₹59 crore for their services related to gases.

Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets signed a memorandum of understanding with Singapore-based Synergy Marine Group for maritime training and research collaboration.

Other Corporate Developments

Brigade Enterprises’ hospitality arm partnered with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop a Grand Hyatt hotel in Chennai, with completion targeted by 2029.

TERAI Tequila by Globus Spirits represents its first venture in premium alcoholic beverages.PC Jeweller witnessed 32% growth YoY in its standalone Q4 revenue and 49% growth in its FY26 revenue.

Prestige Estates Projects had its shareholding reduced by Singapore-based GIC via open market deals.
