Companies Reporting Quarterly Results
Bharat Heavy Electricals reported a 156% rise in net profit for the March quarter at ₹1,296.1 crore compared to ₹506.8 crore a year ago. Revenue increased 37.2% to ₹12,310.1 crore from ₹8,972.4 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹1,753.4 crore against ₹831.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Tata Technologies posted a consolidated net profit of ₹204.17 crore for Q4FY26, up 8.1% from ₹188.90 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue rose 22.3% to ₹1,572.22 crore from ₹1,285.70 crore.
Ambuja Cements reported a net profit of ₹1,830 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, registering a 77.6% increase from ₹1,029.9 crore in the same period last year. Revenue climbed 10.1% to ₹10,892 crore.
Aditya Birla Capital recorded a 30% increase in consolidated net profit at ₹1,124 crore compared to ₹864.6 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 12% to ₹15,877 crore.
IIFL Finance posted a consolidated net profit of ₹623 crore for the March quarter, up 148% from ₹251.2 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Total income rose 51% to ₹2,090 crore.
Sobha reported a 481% jump in net profit to ₹91.8 crore against ₹15.8 crore last year. Revenue increased 60% to ₹2,030 crore. Moreover, Godrej Properties posted a 134% rise in consolidated net profit at ₹381 crore for Q4FY26. Revenue stood at ₹2,121 crore compared to ₹1,010 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Europacific Growth Fund purchased 1.74 crore shares at the same price, while Worldwide Emerging Market Holding sold shares in multiple transactions at ₹1,632.45 apiece. India Max Investment Fund sold 0.80 lakh shares of Dhara Rail Projects at ₹124.66 per share.
Pine Oak Global Fund sold 1.13 lakh shares of KRM Ayurveda at ₹235.62 per share. BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 0.89 lakh shares of Siemens Energy India at ₹3,256.80 per share, while Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE sold shares at the same price.
Several companies including Elantas Beck India, Hexaware Technologies, Mindspace Business Parks REIT and Indus Infra Trust will trade ex-dividend on May 5, while Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals and Windlas Biotech will trade ex-date for buyback.
