Several stocks are likely to remain on investors’ radar on August 11 following regulatory approvals, order wins, capacity additions, index changes and bulk transactions announced by companies and market participants.

Lupin, BEL And Zen Technologies

Lupin has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval for Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate for oral suspension in 5 g and 10 g packets. The product is bioequivalent to AstraZeneca’s Lokelma and is indicated for treating hyperkalemia in adults. IQVIA MAT data for June 2026 put estimated annual U.S. sales of the drug at $568 million.

Bharat Electronics has secured additional orders worth ₹541 crore since July 31. The orders cover communication equipment, electro-optics, ammunition fuzes, CBRN systems, spares and related services.
Zen Technologies has received a ₹295 crore order from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of simulators.

JSW Energy, Texmaco Rail And Apar Industries

JSW Energy has added 1,166 MW of renewable capacity since April 2026, taking it past 94% of its organic capacity addition achieved in FY26. Following the acquisition of Maruti Clean Coal and Power, its installed capacity has risen to 14,920 MW.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has signed an MoU with Belgium-based The Signalling Company NV for strategic cooperation on an ETCS solution, including potential applications for Kavach development in India.

Apar Industries opened its QIP on August 11 with a floor price of ₹14,801.25 per share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% to the floor price.

BSE To Replace Wipro In Nifty 50

BSE will replace Wipro in the Nifty 50 with effect from September 30, 2026. The index change follows the scheduled review of the benchmark.

Stock prices for BSE and Wipro may continue to be of interest to investors who will be assessing the impact of the index reconstitution.

Bulk Deals And Other Market Actions

In Anawil Wire and Engineering, Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund bought 2.49 lakh shares for ₹8.15 crore, while Carnelian AIF Category I Trust-Scheme 1 acquired 1.9 lakh shares for ₹6.26 crore. Motilal Oswal Financial Services purchased 2.85 lakh shares for ₹9.41 crore, and Frangipani Capital Advisors acquired 1.48 lakh shares for ₹4.89 crore.

Capillary Technologies International Pte sold 32.92 lakh Capillary Technologies shares, representing 4.14% of the company, for ₹171.5 crore. SBI Mutual Fund bought 22.15 lakh EID Parry India shares for ₹176.09 crore, while Nippon India Equity Opportunities AIF acquired 15 lakh Iris Clothings shares for ₹8.25 crore.

Aegeus Technologies is also scheduled for its SME listing. Stocks moving ex-dividend include Gland Pharma, Castrol India, Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals and several others.

SAIL and Bandhan Bank are under the F&O ban, while Kaynes Technology India and Life Insurance Corporation of India have moved out of the ban.
