Paytm

Resilient Asset Management B.V., the parent and promoter entity of Vijay Shekhar Sharma, is likely to sell up to a 4.98% stake in One 97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, with a reported floor price of ₹1,535.10 per share.

The proposed transaction was reported by CNBC-TV18, citing sources. Investors tracking the Paytm share price will be watching the development ahead of trading.

SPR Auto Technologies And Netweb Technologies

SPR Auto Technologies launched its qualified institutional placement on August 17 with a floor price of ₹4,438.20 per share. The company is reportedly seeking to raise around ₹1,000 crore through the issue.

Netweb Technologies India also opened its QIP on August 17. The floor price has been set at ₹4,885.90 per share, with the fund-raising size reported at around ₹1,200 crore.

Jyoti CNC Automation

Jyoti CNC Automation’s proposal to invest ₹1,020.65 crore over five years at its existing manufacturing facility in Rajkot has received approval under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Under the scheme, the company will be eligible for a capital expenditure incentive of up to 25% of the eligible investment.

Manipal Health And Highway Infrastructure

Manipal Health Enterprises has signed a Business Transfer Agreement with Kindorama Healthcare to acquire the entire business operations and assets of Kinder Hospital in Bengaluru for ₹130 crore.

Highway Infrastructure has received a Letter of Acceptance worth ₹80.17 crore from the National Highways Authority of India for operations at Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu.

Bulk And Block Deals

Bain Capital affiliate APAC Company XXIII Limited sold 5.34 crore units of Embassy Office Parks REIT in two transactions at ₹435.05 and ₹435.01 per unit. The combined transaction represented a 5.63% stake worth ₹2,325.28 crore.

Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 45 lakh shares, or a 5.91% stake, in Baazar Style Retail at ₹362 per share for ₹162.9 crore. Promoters Bhagwan Prasad, Sidharth Surana and Shreyans Surana were the sellers.
The Government of Singapore purchased 22.15 lakh LEAP India shares for ₹34.39 crore, representing a 0.5% stake.

Diva Projects acquired a further 1.7% stake in RPP Infra Projects, while promoter Yagavi N A sold 1.8%. Seshasayee Paper and Boards bought a 3.37% stake in Ponni Sugars (Erode), while Atyant Capital India Fund I sold 3.6%.

Minerva Ventures Fund acquired a 3.76% stake in Kesar India from Forbes EMF for ₹149.01 crore. Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise also sold 78.93 lakh VISA Chrome shares, with Maha Investment Fund PCC - Onyx Strategy buying 78.94 lakh shares at ₹38 apiece.

Other Market Actions

Milky Mist Dairy Food is scheduled for mainboard listing, while Sham Foam will list on the SME platform.

Several stocks will trade ex-dividend, including Mahanagar Gas, Rail Vikas Nigam, Route Mobile, Sun TV Network and Syrma SGS Technology. Citius TransNet Investment Trust will trade ex-date for income distribution.

Bandhan Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Manappuram Finance and SAIL remain under the F&O ban.
