Wanbury will be in focus after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection at the company’s facility in Andhra Pradesh between July 13 and July 17, 2026. The inspection concluded with the regulator issuing a Form 483 containing six observations.
Redington
Redington has inked a strategic alliance in the area of distribution with Resulticks, which is a provider of real-time audience engagement solutions. The five-year deal is geared towards fostering customer engagement technology adoption within the Middle East, India, and South East and South Asia (SESA) region.
InterGlobe Aviation
InterGlobe Aviation, the parent company of IndiGo, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CFM International for more than 1,000 LEAP-1A engines. The engines will power 510 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft.
The agreement represents the largest single order for LEAP engines and the biggest order in CFM International’s history. The arrangement also covers support for IndiGo’s planned engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility, along with a long-term material services agreement for the airline’s expanding fleet.
The development comes as IndiGo continues to expand its fleet and aircraft operations, with the order expected to be a key corporate development for the airline’s parent company.
Bulk Deals
In Sparc Electrex, investor Ashish Chugh sold 66,001 equity shares, equivalent to a 0.33% stake, at ₹4.61 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹3.04 lakh.
Accent Microcell promoter Ghanshyam Arjanbhai Patel sold 3.9 lakh shares, representing a 1.62% stake, at ₹521.01 per share. The deal was worth ₹20.3 crore.
Neomile Growth Fund - Series I acquired 8.64 lakh shares, or a 0.88% stake, in Gandhar Oil Refinery India at ₹224.80 per share. The transaction value stood at ₹19.4 crore.
Finavenue Growth Fund bought 1.93 lakh shares, representing a 0.99% stake, in Horizon Reclaim (India) at ₹155 per share. The transaction was valued at ₹2.99 crore.
Listings And Corporate Actions
SBI Funds Management , Alpine Texworld is scheduled for a mainboard listing, while Millworks Technologies is set to list on the SME platform.
