Wipro reported a 1.9% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated profit to ₹3,501.8 crore for the March quarter, while revenue rose 7.7% YoY to ₹24,236.3 crore, according to company filings. IT services revenue increased 7% to ₹24,016.7 crore, while operating margin declined by 20 basis points to 17.3%. The company also approved a buyback of up to ₹15,000 crore at ₹250 per share.
HDFC Life Insurance Company posted a 4.65% YoY rise in profit to ₹497.5 crore, with net premium income increasing 9% to ₹25,998.4 crore. The board approved issuance of shares worth ₹1,000 crore to HDFC Bank, which will raise its stake to 50.54%. The company also recommended a dividend of ₹2.10 per share.
Angel One reported an 83.5% YoY jump in profit to ₹320.2 crore, while revenue increased 38.2% to ₹1,459.4 crore. The board approved fund raising of up to ₹1,500 crore via non-convertible debentures.
Waaree Renewable Technologies posted a 66% YoY rise in profit to ₹155.7 crore, while revenue surged 131.3% to ₹1,102.4 crore. VST Industries reported a 120.2% increase in profit to ₹116.7 crore, with revenue rising 30.9% to ₹457 crore.

Rail Vikas Nigam emerged as the lowest bidder for a railway infrastructure project valued at ₹967.92 crore, involving construction of additional lines and bridges, as per company disclosure.
