Avenue, 7th Floor, Room No 7C, Kolkata-700073, to transact the business set out in the notice to convening the meeting. Pursuant to Regulation 34 & 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, respectively please find enclosed Notice of 32nd AGM of the company for the financial year 2025-26, and we further informed that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September, 2026 to 30th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
