To approve IND-AS compliant Standalone Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Any other business with permission of Chair and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting including at least one Independent Director. Further, as communicated earlier, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 1st July, 2026 until Forty-Eight (48) hours after declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 on Stock Exchange.
