Approved the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Report as received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company.

RR Financial Consultants Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of R R Financial Consultants Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th August, 2026 at 12:00 Noon at the registered office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve: 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026; and 2. Limited Review Report thereon required under Regulation 33(3) of the listing Regulations. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated June 20th, 2026, the trading window of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons framed by the Company, has been closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company.
