Omnitech Engineering Reports Q3 Results

Omnitech Engineering reported consolidated financial results for the third quarter, showing a marginal decline in profitability despite higher revenue.

The company posted a net profit of ₹22.3 crore for the quarter, down 1.4% from ₹22.6 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue rose 7.6% quarter-on-quarter to ₹134.4 crore compared with ₹125 crore earlier, according to company disclosures.

Data Patterns Wins IMD Radar Order

Data Patterns (India) has received an order worth ₹288 crore from the India Meteorological Department for the supply of 32 Doppler Weather Radar units, according to an exchange filing.

Adani Power Secures Power Supply Contract

Adani Power has received a Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for the supply of 1,600 MW of thermal power under a long-term power supply agreement.

Waaree Energies Announces Manufacturing Investment

Waaree Energies said it will establish a 10 GW integrated ingot and wafer manufacturing facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The company plans to invest ₹6,200 crore in the project, according to its exchange disclosure.

Dilip Buildcon Declared L-1 Bidder For EPC Project

Dilip Buildcon has emerged as the lowest bidder for a road construction project worth ₹160.2 crore from the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation.

The project involves construction of a six-lane diversion road with service lanes along the Duduka–Gopalpur–Toparia road in Sundargarh district under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction model.

Ramky Infrastructure Signs Pharma Park Agreement

Ramky Infrastructure announced the execution of a concession agreement with the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for the development of a high-tech pharmaceutical park at the Dighi Port Industrial Area in Raigad district.

The project will be implemented under a Public-Private Partnership model using the Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer framework, with an estimated project cost of ₹3,000 crore.

Bajel Projects Wins Transmission EPC Contract

Bajel Projects has secured an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract worth more than ₹700 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company.

The project entails setting up a 400/220 kV air-insulated substation at Saswad in Pune, as well as the necessary transmission lines.

GMR Airports Selected For Cargo Terminal Upgrade

GMR Airports has been awarded a Letter of Award to upgrade and operate the Cargo Terminal 1 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

The project will operate under a revenue-share model until 2036, with an estimated revenue share of about ₹340 crore in the first full year of operations.

Passenger traffic handled by the company increased 0.3% year-on-year to 1.02 crore passengers in February, while aircraft movements rose 1.8% to 60,505 during the same period.

Other Key Corporate Updates

InterGlobe Aviation has introduced a fuel surcharge on domestic and international routes effective March 14 following a sharp rise in aviation fuel prices, according to the International Air Transport Association Jet Fuel Monitor, which indicated fuel prices in the region have risen more than 85%.

Hindalco Industries clarified that its aluminium extrusions operations continue to function normally after media reports suggested disruptions related to the Iran conflict. The company said the segment accounts for less than 0.1% of its total operations.

Britannia Industries shareholders have approved the appointment of Rakshit Hargave as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a five-year term starting December 15.
