Aster DM Quality Care, RailTel And Exide Industries

Centella Mauritius Holdings, managed by affiliates of TPG, is likely to sell a 7.2% stake in Aster DM Quality Care through a block deal at a floor price of ₹766.10 per share, as per a CNBC-TV18 report. The entity held a 9.9% stake as of June 2026.

RailTel Corporation of India has received a ₹166.8 crore work order from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation. Krystal Integrated Services has secured a ₹134 crore contract from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation for integrated facility management services in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar for three years.

Exide Industries has invested ₹200 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions through a rights issue. Its cumulative investment in the subsidiary has reached ₹5,102.23 crore. The company’s stake remains unchanged. The funding forms part of the ₹1,400 crore additional capital approved for a greenfield, multi-gigawatt lithium-ion cell facility in India.

Order Wins And Business Developments

Atlanta Electricals has received an LOI worth ₹193.92 crore from APTRANSCO for 12 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV autotransformers. Interarch Building Solutions has won a ₹128 crore order for a pre-engineered steel building manufacturing facility for a major international FMCG company.

HG Infra Engineering has received an LOI from REC Power Development and Consultancy for 220/132/33 kV substations and associated transmission lines in Uttar Pradesh.

Hindustan Zinc has increased renewable power’s share in its overall consumption to 22% from about 18% in FY26. The company is targeting around 70% renewable power usage by FY28.

Jubilant Ingrevia has agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Zettaone Technologies India for ₹189.2 crore. Ducon Infratechnologies has secured a contract for supplying and servicing a forced cooling network system at an aluminium smelter.

ONGC has commissioned gas evacuation facilities at Khoraghat GGS-1 in Assam, enabling nearly 1 lakh SCM of gas per day from its Jorhat asset to be utilised through the North East Gas Grid.

Paytm, Groww And Other Block Deals

Resilient Asset Management B.V., owned by Vijay Shekhar Sharma, sold 1.92 crore One97 Communications shares, representing 3% of paid-up equity, for ₹2,948.94 crore. Its holding declined from 10.2% to 7.2%.

YC Holdings II LLC sold 7.46 crore shares of Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent of Groww, for ₹1,435.2 crore. The shares were sold at ₹192.16 apiece.

Kedia Securities acquired 20 lakh Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services shares for ₹32.94 crore, representing 1.48% of the company. HDFC Mutual Fund sold 5.32 lakh Cyient shares for ₹45.47 crore.

Bata India, CESC, Dynacons Systems & Solutions, Flair Writing Industries, Foseco Crucible (India), GP Petroleums, Honda India Power Products, Jay Bharat Maruti, JK Paper, Kovai Medical Center & Hospital, LG Balakrishnan & Bros, Page Industries, Prithvi Exchange (India) and Tamboli Industries will trade ex-dividend.

Cube Highways Trust will trade ex-date for income distribution. Bandhan Bank, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Manappuram Finance and SAIL are among the stocks under the F&O ban on August 19.
