Mankind Pharma
Mankind Pharma approved the sale of its entire 100% stake in Broadway Hospitality Services to AKRK Projects LLP and Partners for ₹49 crore. The divestment forms part of the company’s strategy to monetise non-core assets.
Lux Industries
Lux Industries announced that its Lux Cozi Group has laid the foundation stone for a new manufacturing facility at Dankuni in West Bengal. The project involves an investment of ₹600 crore and is expected to become one of Asia’s largest garment manufacturing units.
RITES Share Price
RITES, through a consortium, secured a consultancy contract worth ₹79.22 crore from Patna Metro Rail Corporation for the implementation of the Patna Metro Rail Construction Project.
JSW Energy Share Price
JSW Energy said its subsidiary, JSW Energy PSP Eleven, received orders worth ₹443.74 crore from Bondada Renewable Energy for supplying 200 MW/400 MWh Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and power conversion systems. The subsidiary operates a battery assembly facility in Pune with an annual capacity of 5 GWh.
State Bank Of India Share Price
State Bank of India said its asset management arm, SBI Funds Management, has reduced the size of its proposed IPO to ₹9,812.9 crore after completing a pre-IPO placement worth ₹1,880 crore with 30 investors. The issue size now stands at 17.09 crore equity shares.
Powerica
Powerica emerged as the successful bidder for a 50 MW wind power project in Gujarat under a Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam tender. The discovered tariff was ₹3.51 per unit.
NTPC
NTPC’s board approved an investment of ₹20,456.70 crore for the Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage III, which will have a capacity of 2x800 MW.
NMDC
NMDC revised its iron ore prices with effect from July 10. The Baila Lump price has been fixed at ₹5,450 per tonne, while the Baila Fines price has been revised to ₹4,700 per tonne.
Sterlite Technologies Share Price
Sterlite Technologies announced that the Technical Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office revoked Fujikura’s European Patent EP 3796060, bringing the patent dispute between the companies in the UK to a close in Sterlite Technologies’ favour.

Power Grid Corporation of India received the Letter of Intent after emerging as the successful bidder for the transmission system linked to the Krishnagiri Renewable Energy Zone Phase-I project under the tariff-based competitive bidding route.
Swiggy
Swiggy said the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India had issued a prohibition order related to licence particulars for its food delivery platform, Toing. The company stated that the observations did not involve food safety issues and confirmed that a modified licence was issued on July 9 after compliance.

Jindal Steel said Chief Executive Officer Gautam Malhotra has resigned and will step down on July 15. Hitech Corporation reappointed Malav Dani as Managing Director for another five-year term beginning August 5, 2026.
