Reliance Signs Long-Term Green Ammonia Supply Agreement
Reliance Industries Limited said it has entered into a binding long-term supply and purchase agreement with Samsung C&T Corporation of South Korea for the supply of green ammonia over a 15-year period beginning in the second half of FY2029.
The agreement is valued at more than $3 billion and is among the largest long-term green ammonia off-take contracts globally, according to the company.
Tata Motors To Increase Commercial Vehicle Prices
Tata Motors Limited announced a price increase of up to 1.5% across its commercial vehicle range.
The revised prices will come into effect from April 1, 2026. The company said the increase is aimed at partially offsetting higher commodity prices and rising input costs.

Promoter Sagar Cements Limited plans to sell up to 66.76 lakh shares of Andhra Cements Limited through an offer for sale on March 17–18.
The shares represent 7.24% of the company’s total paid-up equity. The floor price for the sale has been fixed at ₹52 per share.
Sun Pharma Drug Application Under U.S. FDA Review
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted for review its supplemental Biologics License Application for ILUMYA to treat adults with active psoriatic arthritis.
The regulatory action date for the application has been set for October 29, 2026.
