Notice is hereby given that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 21 September, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. at A-201, 2nd Floor, Navneelam Premises CHS., 108, DR R G Thadani Marg, Podar Hospital, Worli, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400018 to transact the businesses mentioned in the Notice. As per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder read with the Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide to its members the facility to cast their votes through electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice. The e-voting will commence on Friday,18th September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Sunday, 20th September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. (both days inclusive). The Company has fixed 14th September, 2026 as the cut-off date (record date) for the said purpose.
