Commodity Chemicals company Tanfac Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 19,307.83 lakh, representing a QoQ growth of 11.41% from Rs 17,330.27 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 12.29% compared to Rs 17,194.90 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Revenue for the quarter was Rs 19,358.69 lakh, showing an increase of 11.53% QoQ from Rs 17,357.41 lakh and an increase of 12.12% YoY from Rs 17,266.23 lakh. Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs 2,499.74 lakh in Q4FY26, marking a QoQ growth of 22.97% compared to Rs 2,032.72 lakh in Q3FY26, but a YoY decline of 19.87% from Rs 3,119.56 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit (Profit for the period) was Rs 1,803.72 lakh, reflecting a QoQ increase of 15.82% from Rs 1,557.41 lakh and a YoY decrease of 20.67% compared to Rs 2,273.79 lakh. Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was Rs 1,795.66 lakh, compared to Rs 1,564.70 lakh in Q3FY26 and Rs 2,267.15 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit for the full year stood at Rs 7,014.29 lakh, a decline of 20.43% YoY from Rs 8,814.71 lakh in FY25. Total Comprehensive Income for FY26 was Rs 7,016.91 lakh, compared to Rs 8,851.17 lakh in the previous year. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was Rs 35.16, compared to Rs 44.18 in FY25. Business Highlights Segment Performance: The company operates in a single reportable segment, which is Chemicals in India. All other activities of the company revolve around this primary segment. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share of face value Rs 5 each (90%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Expansion Projects: Management approved the establishment of a 20,000 MTPA new downstream Fluorinated product plant at its existing manufacturing location in Cuddalore.
