Q4 Results Today: Tata Power, Dr Reddy’s, Dixon Technologies Among 65 Firms To Announce Earnings

More than 65 companies are set to announce their financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 on 12 May, with key earnings expected from Tata Power, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Torrent Power, Dixon Technologies and Max Financial Services.

The earnings announcements come after a weak session for Indian equity markets on Monday. The BSE Sensex fell 1,313 points or 1.70% to close at 76,015.28, while the NSE Nifty 50 declined 1.50% to settle at 23,815.85.

Tata Power Q4 Expectations

According to Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Tata Power’s revenue and EBITDA may decline 9% year-on-year in Q4FY26 due to losses linked to the continued shutdown of the Mundra power plant during the quarter. The plant resumed operations from 1 April 2026.

The brokerage said the impact may be partly offset by additional renewable energy capacity and stable performance from the solar rooftop and Odisha distribution businesses.

Kotak Institutional Equities expects Tata Power’s EBITDA to rise 7.6% year-on-year, while profit after tax may increase around 6% during the March quarter.

Dr Reddy’s And Dixon Technologies In Focus

Kotak Institutional Equities expects Dr Reddy’s Laboratories to report a nearly 30% year-on-year decline in EBITDA and around 40% fall in net profit for Q4FY26.

The brokerage stated that domestic sales may grow 16% year-on-year, while Russia business revenue could rise 26% due to higher volumes. Revenue from Europe is expected to increase 8%, supported by growth in the nicotine replacement therapy portfolio.

For Dixon Technologies, Motilal Oswal Financial Services expects EBITDA margin contraction of 70 basis points year-on-year to 3.6%.

The brokerage said lower mobile phone volumes and higher memory prices may impact demand and overall profitability during the quarter.

Major companies scheduled to announce Q4FY26 earnings include Tata Power Company, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Torrent Power, Dixon Technologies, Max Financial Services, Berger Paints India, KPR Mill, Pfizer, Nazara Technologies, Novartis India, Thomas Cook India, One Mobikwik Systems, Kalpataru, Inox India, V-Guard Industries and Vinati Organics.

Other companies set to report earnings include Religare Enterprises, Bharat Bijlee, Sai Silks Kalamandir, Stove Kraft, GTL Infrastructure, Kamat Hotels India, Subex, Dynamic Cables, Enkei Wheels India and Saurashtra Cement.

The March quarter earnings season continues to remain in focus for investors as companies across sectors release their financial performance amid volatile market conditions and rising global commodity prices.
