Established in 2014, Ondoor Concepts is an e-commerce platform that offers grocery and home essential products. In January 2015, the company inaugurated its store in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. 

The company has the following product categories:

● Food Category: A wide range of items such as groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, beverages, dairy products, and confectionery.
● Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG): A variety of personal care products, toiletries, and other over-the-counter items.
● General Merchandise: Crockery, plastic goods, daily essentials, and more.

As of March 31, 2023, Ondoor Concepts has successfully established a network of 55 stores spanning various cities in Madhya Pradesh. Among these, 17 stores are owned and directly managed by the company, while the remaining 38 operate under a franchise model.
