The company operates in the Business-to-Business (B2B) services sector, providing a range of business services that can be categorized into two main segments:

जून 30, 2023 पर्यंत, अपडेटर सर्व्हिसेसने प्रॉक्टर अँड गॅम्बल होम प्रॉडक्ट्स लिमिटेड (पी अँड जी), आदित्य बिर्ला फॅशन अँड रिटेल लिमिटेड (एबीएफआरएल), मायक्रोसॉफ्ट, ह्युंदाई मोटर इंडिया लिमिटेड (ह्युंदाई), सेंट-गोबेन इंडिया प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड यासारख्या जागतिक आणि भारतीय क्लायंटसह विविध क्षेत्रातील एकूण 2,797 कस्टमर्सना सेवा दिली आहे.

अपडेटर सर्व्हिसेस लिमिटेडकडे 4,331 लोकेशन्स (स्टाफिंग साईट्स वगळून) असलेल्या विस्तृत नेटवर्कसह संपूर्ण भारतात उपस्थिती आहे जी उपस्थितीच्या 129 पॉईंट्समधून व्यवस्थापित केली जाते. हे नेटवर्क भारतातील 116 कार्यालये आणि जून 30, 2023 पर्यंत परदेशात स्थित अतिरिक्त 13 कार्यालयांद्वारे समर्थित आहे.
