• Unique Referral Link & Code: It's crucial that the referee opens the account exclusively through your provided referral link. Your referral link contains your unique referral code. You can also use your Client Code as your Referral Code. If any other link is used during account creation or the referee clicks on any other promotional link available online, their account won't be linked to the referrer, and referral rewards won't apply.
• Exclusion of Existing Clients: Referral rewards won't be applicable if the details of the referred client already exist in the 5paisa database as an existing client or as a lead client. Such accounts will be excluded from the calculation of referral rewards.
• Referee's Account Opening: To be eligible for referral benefits, the referee must open their 5paisa Trading & Demat account within 90 days from the date of referral using your unique referral link and adhere to the terms & conditions. Referrals outside this timeframe won't be eligible.
• Reward Credit & Brokerage Sharing: Upon successful referral, your referral rewards will be credited to your Trading Account.
• TDS Deduction: A 5%, 10% or 20% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as applicable will be deducted from the referral fees.
• Management Rights: The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this scheme without prior notice.
