However, momentum picked up thereafter, with prices rising to ₹260 per gram on April 8, dipping to ₹255 on April 9, and rebounding again to ₹260 per gram on April 10, indicating short-term fluctuations with a slight upward bias.

Earlier, prices had rebounded to ₹250 per gram on March 25 after falling sharply to ₹230 on March 23. The decline had followed a reversal from the early-March peak of ₹330 per gram on March 2, when prices had surged from ₹295 on February 28 after holding at ₹285 through late February.
