Brandman Retail IPO Share Price and Investment Details

The minimum investment required was ₹2,81,600 for 2 lots (1,600 shares). The issue raised ₹24.50 crore from anchor investors. Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

The proceeds will be utilized for funding Capital Expenditure for expansion of New Retail Network by launching 15 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) (₹27.90 crore), working Capital Requirements for New EBOs and MBOs (₹11.78 crore), working Capital Requirements for Existing EBOs and MBOs (₹26.72 crore), and general corporate expenses.
