About the Company

EMS Limited, formerly known as EMS Infracon, was founded in 2012 and is in the business of providing water and wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal services. Sewerage solutions, Water Supply Systems, Water and Waste Treatment Plants, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Road and Allied Works, operation and maintenance of Wastewater Scheme Projects (WWSPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs) for government authorities/bodies are all provided by the company.

Objective

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards the funding of the following objects: Funding of working capital requirements of the company General corporate purposes.
