About the Company

Established in 1998, India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited offers affordable housing finance with a distribution network of 203 branches in 15 States of India as of September 2023. The company was previously known as “Satyaprakash Housing Finance India Limited”, but in 2009, it was changed to India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited. The company has a commendable 94% presence in the affordable housing finance market as of March 2023 with its major States being Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Gujarat.
