Maxposure Limited plans to utilize the raised capital from the IPO to: ● To fund the expenses related to obtaining various certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for Wireless Streaming Server (AeroHub) and Patented Inviseo tray table (collectively referred to as the Proposed Products) ● To fulfill working capital requirements for manufacturing the Proposed Products and for the ordinary course of business ● To repay or prepay outstanding borrowings availed by the company ● General corporate purposes.
