SAR Televenture is a Department of Telecommunications (DOT) registered Infrastructure Provider Category I (IP-I). The company leases out build sites, such as GBT/RTT/Pole sites and Out Door Small Cell (ODSC), and establishes and maintains assets such as Dark Fibres, Right of Way, Duct Space, and Tower for the purpose of granting Telecom Services to licensees on a lease, rent, or sale basis.
SAR Televenture Limited plans to utilize the raised capital from the IPO to: To fund the installation of 5G/4G towers. To repay or prepay the debt obtained including foreclosure charges, if any. For working capital requirements. General corporate purposes.
