Key Details for the ₹1000 Referral offer:

 

  1. Referral Reward - Referral Reward is the benefit that the Referrer gets once the referred friend / prospect successfully opens the Trading and Demat account with 5paisa as per the terms & conditions mentioned above and subject to the activation of the client’s account. 

  2. Reward Amount - Earn ₹1000 per successful referral limited to maximum of 3 Referrals.

  3. Time frame - The offer is valid till July 31st, 2026.

  4. Reward Payout - The referee receives the reward after 30 days of offer period.

  5. Reward Credit: - Upon successful referral, your referral rewards will be credited to your Trading Account.

  6. Limitation - a maximum reward cap of ₹3000 within offer period.

  7. Note - This Offer can't be clubbed with any other offer in the same period. 

  8. Unique Referral Link & Code: The Referee is required to open the account exclusively through the referral link shared with him by you. Your referral link contains your unique referral code. You can also use your Client Code as your Referral Code. If any other link is used during account creation or the referee clicks on any other promotional link available online, their account won't be linked to the referrer, and consequently the referral rewards won't apply.

  9. TDS Deduction: A 5%, 10% or 20% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as applicable will be deducted from the referral fees.

  10. Exceeding Referral Limit: Any referrals exceeding the maximum limit of 3 clients will not be compensated.

  11. Management Rights: The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this scheme without prior notice. The decision of 5paisa on all matters relating to, or in connection with the use of, this offer shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

  12. Referrer agrees that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will lead to the initiation of legal and criminal action against you, and result in immediate termination and disqualification from the Referral Program, forfeiture of existing referral invitations and accrued, but not yet received, referral rewards.

  13. Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of 5paisa Referral offer through invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail, SMS, publishing any article or content about 5paisa products, services, etc.

  14. Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the 5paisa Referral offer for the given Terms & Conditions.

  15. Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your Invitee beyond the referral invitation or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.

  16. Organizing competitions, online contests, posting content about 5paisa, etc.

  17. Any act or omission resulting in damage to 5paisa in any form whatsoever in nature
