Several stocks posted sharp gains on Tuesday despite weakness in the broader market, with Milky Mist Dairy Food, Manali Petrochemicals, Vardhman Textiles and Godrej Agrovet emerging among the session's top performers.

Milky Mist Dairy Food rose 9.5%, Manali Petrochemicals gained 8%, Vardhman Textiles climbed 11.7% and Godrej Agrovet advanced 10%, according to Mint. Their gains came even as the small-cap index slipped 0.3% and the mid-cap index declined more than 1%.

At around 11:04 a.m., the Nifty 50 was largely unchanged at 24,075.95, while the BSE Sensex was up 78.48 points at 77,035.75.

Milky Mist Rallies On Strong June-Quarter Earnings

Milky Mist Dairy Food led the gains after reporting a sharp rise in earnings for the quarter ended June 2026.

The company posted a profit after tax of ₹65 crore, compared with ₹6.53 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 43.6% year-on-year to ₹973.45 crore from ₹678.09 crore.

The dairy products maker said demand remained strong across categories, particularly ice cream, curd and yoghurt. A prolonged summer season, especially in South India, supported sales during the quarter.

Gross profit rose 56.1% to ₹333.02 crore, while EBITDA increased 74.5% to ₹144.89 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 14.88% from 12.24% a year earlier.

The stock, which made its market debut in August following its IPO, traded as high as ₹231 during the session.

Manali Petrochemicals Extends Recent Gains

Manali Petrochemicals gained 8% during the session, continuing its recent upward trend.

According to data cited by Mint, the stock has risen 34% over the past month, 45.87% over three months and 57% over six months. It is up 38% so far in 2026.

The stock opened at ₹83.62 on the BSE and touched an intraday high of ₹87.99.

Vardhman Textiles Continues Upward Momentum

Vardhman Textiles surged nearly 12%, extending its strong run this year.

The stock has gained around 43% in 2026 and approximately 49% over the past 12 months, according to Mint. Despite the rally, it remained about 10% below its 52-week high of ₹688.

Godrej Agrovet Advances

Godrej Agrovet climbed around 10% and remained among the day's strongest performers.

The stock has gained 23.52% over the past month, according to data cited by Mint. Shares opened at ₹638.25 on the BSE and touched an intraday high of ₹689.25 during the session.

The gains in these stocks stood out against a subdued broader market, highlighting continued investor interest in companies reporting strong business performance and earnings growth.
